Camilla joined Blue Heron in 2020. Previously she worked in HR for Prospect Capital Management, New York, as well as an HR Business Partner for Breathing Space HR in the UK, providing strategic and comprehensive HR support for businesses in a wide range of different industries. She graduated with honors from Nottingham Trent University with a BA in business management and human resources. Camilla is an associate member of the CIPD.
